*Each leaf receives a coating of acrylic sealer so the acrylic paint won’t suffer any changes to its vibrancy and characteristics, although because of the natural delicate and fragile nature of each leaf it is best to keep it away from extreme heat. The leaves can become more fragile as years go by so it is important to maintain the leaf framed to further protect it and to stretch its longevity. Fig leaves are sturdier than they look but it is recommend to proceed with care if a frame switch is needed.
